The nurses have been slowly increasing the pitocin (still not sure if I'm spelling it right or not) and they're looking for contractions that are 2 minutes in between. The picture shows the baby's heart rate (the top yellow line that's pretty level, probably because mom and baby are sleeping) and the measuring of contractions (bottom yellow line). Sabina hasn't had a contraction in a little while, but when she does it spikes up to the top of the white grid. Even when she had some contractions, they weren't that strong. So, looks like it might be a while. Our nurse earlier this morning said that she's seen someone take up to two days on pitocin before the baby arrived. Looks like we're running a half marathon and not a 5k.

What Are We Waiting On? (other than a baby)
